Two different sized thread wrapped buttons I made for a 16th C. Polish zupan. I wrapped gold thread around the bead, passing through the core until the bead was completely covered with thread. |

These thread wrapped buttons are finished off with a bead cap and small gold bead for extra oomph. The thread is DMC cotton embroidery floss. These buttons are on a 16th C. Turkish entari I made. |
